Jo Simpson is a leading authority in aligning Leaders with their Values and is a respected thought leader in the international arena of coaching, consulting and corporate innovation.  Throughout her 25 year career, most of which was gained in the Banking Industry, she has lead countless corporate teams to greater success through the application of her innovative approach to leadership and executive management practices, making her one of the most sought after corporate consultants on the international scene.

While Jo has an impressive track record in managing training teams, facilitating, designing, developing and delivering education programs in Europe, US, and Asia Pacific, it was her journey to Dubai in 2005 that inspired her to establish Coaching and Mentoring Middle East LLC.  As Managing Director of this ground-breaking company, Jo helped to transform the business and management culture of numerous international and locally based organisations through her pioneering approach to executive coaching and development. Jo has developed the skills of over two thousand Leaders and Teams on how to adopt a coaching style in the workplace and create a coaching culture.
